Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and time set on the package. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet mix the Besto pesto and cream over medium heat. Whisk occasionally to cook, for 3-5 minutes until sauce turn slightly thick and is about to simmer.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the mix and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Sprinkle gnocchi with shredded parmesan, add a pinch of lemon zest (optional)
